Cette technologie est id\u00e9ale pour les syst\u00e8mes de protection thermique et les applications thermo-structurales.<\/p>\n<p>Les mat\u00e9riaux composites c\u00e9ramiques de Pyromeral Systems offrent ainsi une combinaison unique de propri\u00e9t\u00e9s :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>R\u00e9sistance thermique continue jusqu\u2019\u00e0 1300 \u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>Excellente r\u00e9sistance aux feux et faible conductivit\u00e9 thermique<\/li>\n<li>Maintien des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques sous une forte chaleur.<\/li>\n<li>Densit\u00e9 nettement inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle des alliages m\u00e9talliques : jusqu\u2019\u00e0 4 fois plus l\u00e9ger que les Inconels et 2 fois plus l\u00e9ger que le Titane<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les solutions de Pyromeral Systems sont d\u00e9ploy\u00e9es dans plusieurs secteurs \u00e0 hautes performances gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 et leur fine \u00e9paisseur permettant des gains de masse par rapport aux solutions m\u00e9talliques usuellement utilis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><strong>New Space :<\/strong> Nous produisons des protections thermiques a\u00e9rodynamiques pour les v\u00e9hicules de r\u00e9-entr\u00e9e spatiale, r\u00e9utilisables.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00e9fense :<\/strong> Les syst\u00e8mes d\u2019\u00e9chappements et les composants structurels de nos mat\u00e9riaux sont con\u00e7us pour soutenir des charges thermiques \u00e9lev\u00e9es dans des environnements extr\u00eames.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nouvelles mobilit\u00e9s eVTOLs<\/strong> (v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques \u00e0 d\u00e9collage et atterrissage vertical) : Nous produisons des \u00ab\u00a0battery casings\u00a0\u00bb r\u00e9sistantes aux feux et aux temp\u00e9ratures extr\u00eames, ayant pour fonction, de pr\u00e9server le v\u00e9hicule en cas d\u2019emballement thermique des batteries. Nos mat\u00e9riaux ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 leurs capacit\u00e9s lors du Test UL2596 (Torch and Grid)\u00a0: Des plaques de 1 mm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur de nos mat\u00e9riaux ont subi des jets de flammes de 1200\u00b0C suivis de jets de particules durant 6 \u00e0 10 cycles. Les plaques, suivent les gammes de mat\u00e9riaux choisies, ont r\u00e9sist\u00e9 de 5 \u00e0 10 cycles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Motorsport : <\/strong>Nos protections thermiques permettent de bloquer la chaleur et les flammes dans les zones sensibles des voitures de courses\u00a0: turbocompresseurs et autour du syst\u00e8me de freinage o\u00f9 la temp\u00e9rature est de 400\u00b0C et peut atteindre 900\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p><u>Les mat\u00e9riaux Pyromeral Systems sont con\u00e7us pour les applications o\u00f9 la r\u00e9duction de masse et la gestion thermique sont cruciales :<br \/>\n<\/u><\/p>\n<p><strong>PyroKarb :<\/strong> La r\u00e9sine Pyromeral est renforc\u00e9 de fibre de carbone.
